Before joining Vista Advantage, Mr. D'Orazio led technical service organizations during his tenure as Senior V.P., Director of Engineering & Operations for Jones Lang LaSalle and Senior V.P., National Director of Facilities Resource Group for Grubb & Ellis. His experiences include design and management of corporate engineering services, new business development support and operational quality assurance initiatives. In his technology leadership role, he conceived and led the implementation of a web based Emergency Preparedness Plan for commercial real estate, winning the Corenet Global Innovators Award for 2003.

Mr. D'Orazio is also experienced in leading and implementing energy management and conservation programs for property assets as well as quality improvement programs for technical services. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, he worked in the metals industry where he acquired extensive experience in project management, organizational redesign, capital budgeting, environmental assessment and compliance assurance.

As a Professional Engineer, integrity and competency shapes the services he and Vista Advantage provide.

Ms. D'Orazio developed her advisory capabilities through 20 years of experience in the metals and plastic industries. Highlights of her career include extensive experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy, sales organization design, managing and leading teams and procurement. As Vice President, Commercial at a small plastic dispensing company, Ms. D'Orazio was responsible for developing the company's market and new product strategies. In addition, she led the redesign of the sales organization and processes to improve sales effectiveness and market knowledge.

Ms. D'Orazio also spent several years in the metals industry where she rose to General Manager, Sales and Marketing. During this time she managed all facets of sales and customer service for many of the company's largest customers. Under her leadership, diverse sales teams demonstrated significant revenue growth. Her experiences also include development and implementation of sales organization redesigns and deployment of a quality model to improve productivity and performance. She earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwestern University. Ms. D'Orazio is an experienced leader with diverse management experiences, positioning her to provide effective solutions for Vista Advantage clients.
