Before joining Vista Advantage, Mr. D'Orazio led technical service organizations during his tenure as Senior V.P., Director of Engineering & Operations for Jones Lang LaSalle and Senior V.P., National Director of Facilities Resource Group for Grubb & Ellis.

His experiences include design and management of corporate engineering services, new business development support and operational quality assurance initiatives. In his technology leadership role, he conceived and led the implementation of a web based Emergency Preparedness Plan for commercial real estate, winning the Corenet Global Innovators Award for 2003.

Mr. D'Orazio is also experienced in leading and implementing energy management and conservation programs for property assets as well as quality improvement programs for technical services. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, he worked in the metals industry where he acquired extensive experience in project management, organizational redesign, capital budgeting, environmental assessment and compliance assurance.
